We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Any data collected during the booking process (rooms, safaris, dining, or activities) is used solely to process your reservation and enhance your stay with us.

  • We do not sell or share your information with third parties except where required by law or to fulfill services requested (e.g., safari permits with forest authorities).
     

  • Payment details are processed securely through trusted secure gateways; we do not store your card information.
     

  • By using our website, you consent to the collection and use of information as outlined in this policy.

Booking Policy

  • Room Reservations: Room availability is updated in real time. Bookings made through our website are confirmed instantly once payment is completed.
     

  • Safari Bookings: Safari slots (core & buffer) are subject to strict forest department regulations and availability. Safari reservations cannot be guaranteed at the time of inquiry. Once you submit your request, our team will confirm availability and share a payment link. If your requested safari zone or timing is unavailable, we will provide alternative options.
     

  • Check-in/Check-out: Standard check-in is [1:30 PM], and check-out is [11:30 AM]. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may attract additional charges.
     

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Rooms:
     

  • Cancellations made [15 days] prior to check-in receive a full refund.
     

  • Cancellations made within [7–14 days] receive a 50% refund.
     

  • Cancellations within [7 days] of check-in are non-refundable.
     

  • Safaris:
     

  • Once confirmed, safari bookings are non-refundable.

  • Refunds

  • Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within [7–10 business days].
     

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Guests must carry a valid government ID (Adhaar card, Drivers License, Passport) at the time of check-in.
     

  • Children under [5 years] stay complimentary when sharing with parents (extra bedding charges may apply).
     

  • Safari guests must carry original government-issued photo ID (mandatory for forest permits).

  • The resort is not responsible for loss/damage of personal belongings

  • Management reserves the right to cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances (extreme weather, government orders, etc.). In such cases, guests will be offered a full refund or alternative dates.
